It depends on the deck. The one I'm looking at uses [[Kalastria Healer]] Like what's been said, you pair Rally the Ancestors with creatures that give you value.

If I rally the ancestors and return cliffhaven vampire, kalastria healer and be cast (only as a creature) from exile following normal timing rules.
